How we handle submitted information

Last updated: August 5, 2026. This policy explains how Next Shift Arizona, an independent employment-connection initiative, handles information submitted through this website.

What we collect

We collect the information you voluntarily enter in the candidate or employer forms, such as contact details, work experience, skills, hiring details, and consent choices. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, birth dates, banking information, government identification, passwords, or similar highly sensitive information.

Why we collect it

Candidate information is collected to consider workers for employment-related introductions. Employer information is collected to understand available opportunities and to contact employers about verification or introductions.

How information may be shared

With a candidate’s required consent, candidate information may be shared with relevant prospective employers or recruiting partners for employment-related purposes. We may contact employers to verify their organization and openings. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain submissions only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, and service administration. To request deletion, email hello@example.org from or with the contact information used in your submission. We may need limited information to verify the request.

Security and choices

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not submit sensitive information that is not requested. You may choose not to provide optional form fields; however, required fields and consent are necessary to submit a candidate form.
